Where do I find my materials? Your materials will be located inside of Canvas, under a tab labelled "Course Materials". Some courseware, usually for labs, has their own additional tab in Canvas. The title of the tab varies, but “MyLab” is a common one.  Do I need to buy these items that say [Day 1 Digital Access] on my book list www.cubookstore.com? No, you do not need to purchase this item when it shows up on your book list on our website.

As part of our continued efforts to keep the cost of course materials as low as possible and access to those materials as close to the first day of class as possible, professors, the CU Book Store and publishers work together to deliver select materials through a program called “Day 1 Digital Access”.

How to Opt-Out of Day 1 Digital Access There are several ways students can opt-out of Day 1 Digital Access, before the opt-out deadline. Students will lose access to the materials after the add/drop date. For courses where they are using an ebook and courseware like MyLab, please check with the instructor to make sure the material will not be needed before opting out.  Opt-Out Options:   Use the link provided in the email(s) received about Day 1 Digital Access.
