Troubleshooting: “User is not an RSM User or Does not Exist” Error

 If you encounter the message “User is not an RSM User or Does not Exist” when you try to access your “My Course Materials” page in Canvas, this may be caused by some user records that need to be consolidated on our end. 

Please contact RedShelf with both versions of your academic email address (ex. firstname.lastname@colorado.edu and either abcd123@colorado.edu or lastname@colorado.edu) so that they can help combine these records to resolve the issue.
